TRAFFIC AMNESTY PROGRAM

Individuals who have unpaid infraction violations and have not made payment on these violations in the last three years (since January 1, 2009) may be eligible for traffic amnesty. Under this program, they will only have to pay half of the remaining balance on their citations to close their old infraction cases.
