If all parties agree to the Court's tentative ruling, that ruling will become the order of the Court. The
prevailing party or counsel shall prepare an appropriate order within five (5) court business days and submit it to the other
party for approval as to form. The order shall then be submitted to the Court for signature.
If any party wishes to appear for oral argument, that party must:
- Telephone all other parties or their attorneys by 4:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled hearing date.
It is not necessary to speak directly with counsel or the other parties; it is all right to leave a
message.
- Then, immediately advise the law and motion clerk by leaving a message no later than 4:00 p.m. the day
before the scheduled hearing at (415) 444-7046, option 5.
PLEASE NOTE: If proper notification of all parties and the Court is not made by the 4:00 deadline, no oral
argument will be permitted and the tentative ruling will become the order of the Court.

the parties of how the Court intends to rule if the parties do not elect to make oral arguments. The Court's
tentative rulings system complies with California Rule of Court section 3.1308. Civil tentative rulings are
