As of April 13th 2022, the Marin Superior Court is now providing eDelivery as an optional alternative to delivering your documents to the court by mail, drop box, or in person.

eDelivery allows for the electronic submission of documents for Civil, Family Law, Probate, Adoptions, Small Claims, and more. Law firms and self-represented parties wishing to participate can register online by clicking on the eDelivery portal button to the right on this page and creating an account. Attorney service companies wishing to participate can contact efile@journaltech.com or call (833) 402-9333 Option 3.

What is eDelivery?

eDelivery provides for the electronic (PDF) version of the document as the original.

What are the goals?

Support court and court user transition to electronic filing of documents and use of electronic records as the official court record.

Provide a method for electronic submission to reduce the number of individuals who must come to the courthouse to file papers.

Convenience: This new service will allow parties to prepare and submit their documents from their homes/business at any time.
