NO BIDS will be accepted after the deadline, unless the response period is extended by the Court.
Proposer/bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that the full proposal or bid is received by the Court.
The Court is not responsible for any delays in mailing via US Postal Service, common carriers or transmission
by email or over the internet.

Overview
The Court complies with Judicial Council of California's Procurement Policies and procedures, contained in
the Trial Court Policies and Procedures Manual. The Court uses procurement methods that ensure fair and
open competition and that are economical and efficient. Procurement methods used are based on the dollar
value of the item to be purchased and on the complexity of the specifications of the purchase.
